We invite you to host your next meeting, event, chat, or gathering here at our location in Glenville. The ThirdSpace Reading Room event space can accommodate up to 75 people, and comes equipped with audio visual support, and the ability to livestream to various platforms.

Hourly rental for non-profit and community organizations: $125/hour

Full-day for non-profit and community organizations (anything longer than 6 hours): $750

For Institutional/Corporate: $200/hr - $1500/Full day

Note: Both Hourly and Full-day rates include up to 1 hour of set-up time + up to 1 hour of tear-down time, which TSAL Cafe will not charge Renter for.

Speaker/AV/OWL rental fee: $100

Damages: $500

If the space is not returned to the condition in which it was found, renter may be subject to a $250 damage fee after the event.
